Duties of Authors

Authors must ensure that:

  • submitted manuscripts are original.
  • manuscripts have not been published elsewhere.
  • manuscripts are not simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  • all data presented are accurate.
  • all sources are properly cited.
  • plagiarism in any form is prohibited.
  • authors disclose any conflict of interest.
  • all listed authors have significantly contributed to the research.

Duties of Editors

Editors are responsible for:

  • making publication decisions fairly.
  • evaluating manuscripts solely on academic merit.
  • maintaining confidentiality.
  • avoiding conflicts of interest.
  • ensuring integrity of the peer-review process.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers shall:

  • review manuscripts objectively.
  • maintain confidentiality.
  • identify uncited relevant work.
  • report suspected plagiarism.
  • declare conflicts of interest.

Publication Malpractice

The Journal does not tolerate:

  • plagiarism
  • duplicate publication
  • redundant publication
  • fabricated data
  • falsified data
  • manipulated images
  • citation manipulation
  • unethical research

Any detected misconduct may result in:

  • rejection
  • correction
  • retraction
  • notification to the author's institution where appropriate
