Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Peer Review Policy
Universal Journal
1. Purpose
This peer review policy aims to ensure that all articles published in the journal undergo a rigorous and fair review process to maintain scientific quality and integrity.
2. Type of Peer Review
This journal uses a Double-Blind Peer Review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other throughout the review process.
3. Peer Review Procedure

Article Submission:
Articles submitted by authors will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief to ensure they are within the journal’s scope and meet the technical requirements. -
Reviewer Assignment:
Articles that pass the initial check will be sent to two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. -
Evaluation by Reviewers:
Reviewers will assess the quality of the article based on the following criteria:- Originality: Does the article present new findings or insights?
- Methodology: Are the research methods valid and appropriate?
- Clarity: Is the article well-written and structured?
- Relevance: Is the article relevant to the journal's scope?

Review Outcomes:
Reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:- Accepted: The article is accepted without revision.
- Accepted with Minor Revisions: The author is requested to make minor changes.
- Accepted with Major Revisions: The author is requested to make significant changes before acceptance.
- Rejected: The article does not meet the journal’s criteria and cannot be accepted.

Editor’s Decision:
The Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision based on the reviewers' recommendations and the author’s revisions. -
Revision and Resubmission:
If revisions are requested, the author must submit the revised article within the specified timeframe, along with responses to the reviewers' comments.
4. Peer Review Ethics
- Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the articles they review.
- Reviewers must provide objective and honest evaluations.
- Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
5. Peer Review Timeline
The peer review process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from the time the article is accepted for review.
6. Appeals Against Decisions
Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions by providing valid arguments. Appeals will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief.
