Universal Journal is committed to maintaining complete transparency regarding publication fees and ensuring equal publishing opportunities for all authors.

1. Current Publication Fee Policy

Universal Journal follows the Diamond Open Access publishing model.

Under the current policy, the Journal does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process.

The Journal does not charge:

• Manuscript Submission Fee
• Article Processing Charge (APC)
• Peer Review Fee
• Editorial Processing Fee
• Publication Fee
• Online Publication Fee
• Article Access Fee
• Article Download Fee

All accepted articles are published free of charge.

2. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on:

• Scientific quality
• Originality
• Methodological rigor
• Ethical compliance
• Relevance to the Journal's aims and scope

Editorial decisions are completely independent of financial considerations.

3. Transparency

Any future changes to the Journal's publication fee policy will be announced publicly on the Journal website before implementation.

4. Waiver Policy

Since Universal Journal currently does not charge publication fees, no waiver is required.

If publication fees are introduced in the future, the Journal may establish a transparent waiver policy for authors who demonstrate financial need or who are affiliated with eligible low-income or lower-middle-income countries.

5. Refund Policy

As the Journal currently does not collect publication fees, no refund policy is applicable.

Should publication fees be introduced in the future, an appropriate refund policy will be published on the Journal website.

6. Compliance

This policy supports the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing and reflects the Journal's commitment to ethical, fair, and accessible scholarly communication.
