Universal Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content through appropriate digital archiving and preservation practices.

This policy establishes the Journal's commitment to preserving published articles for long-term access and ensuring the continuity of scholarly communication.
The Journal maintains electronic copies of all published articles and regularly backs up its content to reduce the risk of data loss.
The Publisher is committed to implementing appropriate digital preservation solutions as the Journal continues to develop.
Universal Journal is published using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports digital preservation and interoperability through standard metadata and export functions.
Published articles may also be preserved through institutional repositories, library archives, and other trusted scholarly preservation systems where applicable.
The Journal seeks to maintain permanent online access to published articles, even if changes occur to the publishing platform or website.
The Journal intends to participate in recognized digital preservation services such as PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, or other appropriate archiving initiatives, where available and applicable.
The Publisher and Editorial Office are responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and preservation of all published journal content.
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with international best practices in digital preservation.
